The summer programme of Cronton Pathways Walks for Health begins on Tuesday 16th April, 2013. Join us for a 1.00pm start at Holy Family Club, Hall Lane. Please dress suitably for the weather conditions and terrain planned. Also available will be Boccia sessions (chair-based bowls) at the same time, for those who feel unable to do the walks. On Mondays 22nd April and 29th April the last two sessions of Chair-based Exercise will take place at Holy Family Club from 12.15pm to 1.15pm for anyone who wants to give this a try. It is not as easy as it sounds! These sessions have been provided by Rebound CIC of Knowsley so far, but we will need to apply for funding for them to continue. During the next few weeks there will also be the opportunity to try out a short (4 week) course of Nordic Walking.
