It's that time of year again ! Oldbury Clean Team is again planning a village cleanup on the day before Mothers' Day, Saturday 2nd April - please help us to give Oldbury a make-over so that our mums will be proud to live in the village. We’ll meet at The Pound at 10.30am, spend an hour and a half picking up all the rubbish that’s been dropped around Oldbury and then celebrate with a BBQ, free to all participants, with burgers and sausages kindly donated by The Anchor. Mothers, fathers and family all welcome. See you there ! .

Saltwells Clean & Green
We aim to clean up and maintain an urban nature reserve and ancient woodland right in the heart of a built up industrial area. Saltwells Woods and nature reserve is well used and well loved, and was recently saved from having a housing estate built on it, but sadly also neglected. Fylde Litter Action Group (FLAG)
Fylde Litter Action Group (FLAG) is a partnership between Fylde Council departments and various other local organisations, street reps and voluntary groups that are concerned with tackling litter within the Fylde Council area, including the St Annes Beach Care Group, Fairhaven Coastal Care Group and The Friends of the Estuary Coastal Care Group in Lytham. FLAG has been set up with the ultimate aim of preventing dropped litter in the area. FLAG is also involved with educating on litter related issues by providing advice, information practical assistance and enforcement where needed. FLAG = WORKING TOGETHER FOR A CLEANER GREENER FYLDE!
