Winsford Community Cleanup

We are a small team of about eight volunteers who look after the planted areas of Uttoxeter Station. We also pick up litter when necessary and monitor the passenger areas. We are organised by the North Staffordshire Community Rail Partnership.

Litter picking and much much more in Stanmore Country Park, Stanmore Common & Ponds. Green Gym work outs can include helping volunteer wardens with various projects, including shrub clearance, bramble cutting-back, unwanted shoot removal and any other environmental jobs under guidance! We have guided walks with knowledgeable wardens and keen amateurs. This is an opportunity to meet new people and enjoy quiet and lovely natual environments in north west London. All this and litter picking too! Come and join us!! The litter-picking is just one means of keeping these rural areas pleasant for all kinds of aminal users including human ones!

We are a rural Scout group comprising of beavers cubs and scouts totaling about 100 children plus adult volunteers. Age range 6 - 15 years old. We take from approximately 13 villages in and around the Stockbridge Area. We are passionate about working with educating the young people and teaching them how to enjoy the outdoors

We are the Brewood Civic Society and as part of the Best Kept Village competition and our villages benefit, we organise a rota for picking litter in the village and along the canal tow path. BCS members go out every day in the spring and summer to litter pick.

The original Fylde Coast beach care group, we look after the shingle beach between the Five Bar Gate and The Venue at Cleveleys. Our core activities are a four weekly community beach clean and a monthly meeting - and throughout the year we do lots of other things to help to improve this beautiful stretch of coast for the people who use it and the wildlife which lives here. Oh, and we have a lot of fun and make a lot of friends - the community which we create is every bit as important as the litter which we pick up! Medlock Vale, Oldham. We are a dedicated group of individuals whom stride to keep our town and wards clean and tidy, through volunteers who give up their time and effort to improve our communities in Oldham. Plus with help from our local businesses and authorities we will keep Oldham clean and suitable to live and work in.

Our volunteers litter pick the length of Mexborough canal and the Ferryboat slipway.

A few* stalwart volunteers meet once a month to TIDY UP the neighbourhood, much to the delight of some residents & Lewes District Council! *Now in our 15th year, we have welcomed more recruits, taking our total to 38.

The aim is to remove litter from approach roads\' verges to Harleston

We have about 350 members, and about 50 active .This year we have collected 3200 bags of rubbish
