South Street

The Houndwood Community Group’s activities are aimed at making the Houndwood and Icon new housing estate of nearly 400 homes situated in Street, Somerset, a better and safer place to live. We formed about 6 years ago and reorganised in 2017 into our current form.

South Street is a rural area of east Kent close to the village of Boughton. The purpose of the group is to encourage regular walkers from the area to help keep roads and footpaths clear and tidy.

We are a rural Scout group comprising of beavers cubs and scouts totaling about 100 children plus adult volunteers. Age range 6 - 15 years old. We take from approximately 13 villages in and around the Stockbridge Area. We are passionate about working with educating the young people and teaching them how to enjoy the outdoors

This group is for anybody interested in Litter Picking in the Kingfisher Country Park and surrounding areas of East Birmingham.

Within Tackley Parish including roads leading in/out of the village

I am an individual who walks part of the Coventry canal to and from work everyday. I have only been walking along the canal since October 2017 despite being a Coventrian my entire life! It is the city's best kept secret and so peaceful and calm away from crowds and cars. But it makes me angry and sad to see such a beautiful habitat ruined with litter so I started picking litter! I usually pick on my way to/from work in the week but I plan to do more at the weekends and travel further to notoriously messy parts of the canal. If anyone would care to join me to make a difference and tidy up for the animals and all of us to enjoy, please get in touch :) Thank you, Jennysha P.S. Ramsgate ROAD stands for Ramsgate Residents One A Day. It's an informal group for people who commit to picking up at least one piece of litter from the streets of Ramsgate every day (or 7 a week). It has nearly 400 members and a Facebook page. The group is represented on Ramsgate Litter Forum.

The Isle of Wight is one of the prettiest parts of the country - but some areas are scarred by litter. We hope to meet up for occasional litter picks of footpaths and beaches in the western half of our lovely island. Many hands make light work, so please join us and make a difference.
