The original Fylde Coast beach care group, we look after the shingle beach between the Five Bar Gate and The Venue at Cleveleys. Our core activities are a four weekly community beach clean and a monthly meeting - and throughout the year we do lots of other things to help to improve this beautiful stretch of coast for the people who use it and the wildlife which lives here. Oh, and we have a lot of fun and make a lot of friends - the community which we create is every bit as important as the litter which we pick up! Cleaning up for nature

We are a community group of volunteers who get together to clean up hotspot areas either known to need cleaning on a regular basis or responding to areas where residents have identified or raised concerns over.

The Isle of Wight is one of the prettiest parts of the country - but some areas are scarred by litter. We hope to meet up for occasional litter picks of footpaths and beaches in the western half of our lovely island. Many hands make light work, so please join us and make a difference.

A few* stalwart volunteers meet once a month to TIDY UP the neighbourhood, much to the delight of some residents & Lewes District Council! *Now in our 15th year, we have welcomed more recruits, taking our total to 38.

To keep Blackfell tidty and litter free, local councillors are asking for volunteers to help us to keep Blackfell litter free. If you are proud of where you live, then please join like minded people who care about their Community

Starting from a group of two, and hoping to grow, the mantra is 'if it's being dropped, then it needs picking up' ...we are going to fulfil this task, and hope this encourages less dropping, and more picking! If you see rubbish, don't tell us, pick it up yourself!

The Group consists of volunteers who carry out conservation and practical tasks within the Park at Havering-atte-Bower. We hold regular monthly 'litter picks; and encourage all Park users to be responsible for their litter,use the bins provided and aim to increase general awareness of litter,recycling and re-using and composting.

The aim is to bring together like-minded people to tackle the problem of litter in Baildon and to encourage others not to ignore the problem but to be part of the solution.
