Hoveton Hates Litter

I am currently dismayed at the sheer amount of trash littered on Salisbury plain and surrounding villages. I am happy to clean myself and happy to work with others if they want.

Come and meet likeminded neighbours who want to make our beautiful town cleaner and safer for wildlife by giving up 1 hour a week(or whenever suits).Lots of fresh air and feel good factor is free to all.Just bring along gloves and a litter picker.Hope to meet you soon .AJ

Helping to keep litter in check in Richmond Hill, Leeds. We will support as many local litter picks as possible but also national events such as The Great British Spring Clean and Love Parks Week, or even global ones like World Rivers Day and World Cleanup Day. To supplement the parish council litter-pickers in order to create a litter-free village and to promote a sense of pride in where we live. It would be great to have new members join the group.

Working together to create a greener, cleaner more beautiful village. volunteer group who litter pick weekly in the local community as part of our entry in to the RHS North West In Bloom competition.We Create and maintain plant displays in the village of Alderley Edge. We Generally pick Monday’s 10:00am, meet Station car park. We extend a warm welcome to new volunteers. We can provide all the litter picking equipment, insurance and training. If you can't attend one of our regular weekly picks but would like to collect litter in your own time using our insurance / support, this is the perfectly fine. Every little bit of help counts! South London Litter Action SOLLA is a fast-growing volunteer-led group which brings together people south of the river who want to see our neighbourhoods a bit (much) less littered. This is a group where community activities are organised, stories are shared, and ideas flow - all in the name of less litter. The B roads and public walking routes and fields between Corfe Mullen and Wimborne are becoming dropzones for litter impacting on scenery and wildlife. I regularly pick up litter on walks and encourage others to do likewise. Aim...reduce litter in BH21 and surrounds tok eep our area beautiful.

I am a walker / runner living in the St Cleer, Liskeard area fed up with seeing discarded litter cluttering the country lanes and endever to do a litter pick every Saturday morning following a 5k circuit around the villages. You are welcome to join me and help. Bring you HI Vis Jacket & black bags.
