To keep our tiny little village tidy and to raise funds for the charities that my daughters school supports

We are a voluntary litter picking group in Witham, Essex, who are passionate about keeping our local area tidy and free of litter. We meet up once a month at various locations across the town and are always looking for new volunteers! We love getting the community together and have previously had amazing assistance from the Witham & District Lionesses as well as local schools and Brownies and Beavers groups. We have also been interviewed by BBC Essex and received a Community & Safety Award from Witham Neighbourhood Watch! GARG is the Glencoe Avenue Residents Group in the LB of Redbridge. Founded to promote a sense of community by organising street events and to improve the environment.

Medlock Vale, Oldham. We are a dedicated group of individuals whom stride to keep our town and wards clean and tidy, through volunteers who give up their time and effort to improve our communities in Oldham. Plus with help from our local businesses and authorities we will keep Oldham clean and suitable to live and work in.

The Tower Hamlets Beautiful Borough Project aims to help residents in Tower Hamlets to take control of their neighbourhood and to clean it up, enabling people not only to live in more pleasant surroundings but also to get to know each other better and make their community safer and friendlier

We hold a weekly Green Gym session where we litter pick and do low key enhancements to the nature area. Litter and fly tipping has been a major problem over the years but since we started the group over 6 years ago the site is a lot cleaner. Other users tend to pick as they go too.
