This is a good walk if you’re in the mood for some fresh air and exercise while feeling a sense of purpose. We’ll start our walk along Coleridge Way from the back gate of Greencombe Gardens TA248NU. From 10.00 to 12.00 we’ll enjoy a walk along foot and bridal paths, where there may not be much to pick up. This jaunt will take us uphill, where we’ll come out of the wood onto Porlock Hill, where there may be quite a bit of litter. I prefer to use an old [handled] shopping bag for litter pickup, as I feel that carrying around a plastic trash bag isn’t easy, and it adds to the [non-biodegradable] plastic trash buildup in our waste stream.
