Our first litter pick of the year will take place along the Mosett Burn on Saturday 9th March at 10am. We will meet at the duck pond on the same side as the Mosett Tavern. Please wear shoes with a good grip and bring winter gear in case it rains, though we are wanting lots of sunshine. All bags and litter sticks will be supplied. Please tell your friends and looking forward to seeing you there Dear Friends A very many thanks for all your help this morning in cleaning the Mosset burn. We removed 31 bags of garbage. We are still getting a lot of plastic but not as much as in the past. Beer cans , ginger beer bottles and glass seem to be the most common. Today, we also had a mobile phone or two, condoms, sanitary towels and dog excrement in green bags. It hardly seems to get better. .
