As you can see, there is the haul from the lake Steve collected, Lucy's mini system find (taken to the heart research charity shop) , and the tyre Will sourced! Tony and I weighed the bags yesterday- 71kg, including 5kg of tyre! 4 bags were donated by Kevin Voller, who cleared part of the Kenton Road,up to Debenham Garage. There are a few thoughts around for tackling the issue - a request to runners, cyclists, walkers and dog walkers , to report any flytipping or green lane littering - 'positive' signs on entering the village and involving the schools-please let me know if you have some more ideas . Another litter pick day in the autumn is a great idea, I will discuss a date with Gilly, and get back to everyone asap. Joy .
