Autumn litter pick, based at Dove cottage, 10 a.m. start, with 2 sessions .Equipment provided and refreshments available .We're hoping for a big turn out, this our 4th pick up day. Next move- more posters and signage to reduce the drop ! We have met with the Primary and Secondary school and they will build an awareness of responsibility not to drop litter . We need to address the problem of driver's passing through the roads and lanes, and throwing litter from the vehicle. .

We are a small group of Volunteers passionate about keeping our Town and Country clean. We get out and about most days collecting rubbish from our hedgerows, parks and walks. The Askews
Our area around Cornwallis is in a terrible state, with litter everywhere! Dog litter packets laying around, as dog walkers ignore bins and drop off points along the way.
