We are finally making a difference to the amount of litter around the Rossendale area. The recent collection of over 140 bags of litter from the A682 by-pass is just one example. Today's litter pick will be up Bury Road from the Metal Tree Bed up to the Whitchaff. Litter pickers and Hi-Viz jackets provided! Paws on Weymouth Beaches & Open Spaces
Dog walkers clearing the way. Every day members clear litter from our streets, beaches and open spaces and tackle sea pollution during regular beach cleans. We are responsible for the Angler’s line pipes which have been placed to collect waste line which is then recycled. Our aim is to recycle as much litter from our beaches as possible.
