Our first group pick is on Sunday 15th May. Meet 2.30pm between St.Steven' Close and West Bridge Street. We are aiming to clear the path which runs from this area under the highway, and alongside the exit from the highway, up to where the path runs parallel with the main highway. Litter pickers and black refuse sacks will be provided. A great turn out for our first pick. Thank you everyone. Lots of bags filled and Mount Pleasant much cleaner for your efforts..

Sanctuary Shaftesbury Reading
This estate clean up was organised by Matt Evans, Housing Officer of the area, and involved staff from the local Office, and contractors. The clean up involved clearing communal areas inside the flats, garages and the outside area. Going forward, it is hoped that a Residents Association will be formed, that will carry out litter picks and maybe start up a weekly gardening club.
