Litter picking in the area along The Causeway, Coopers Lane Road and Coopers Lane.

We are a group of volunteers who want to keep the Prittle Brook Greenway in Southend-on-Sea clean and tidy. We undertake regular litter picking sessions along the pathway. We cover the Leigh stretch once a month on a Wednesday morning and the Prittlewell/Westborough stretch once a month on a Saturday morning.

Kirton in Lindsey in Bloom is an independent community group acting in co-operation with Kirton in Lindsey Town Council, Kirton in Lindsey Amateur Gardeners, Kirton in Lindsey Society and North Lincolnshire Council. The main object of the group is visual enhancement of the town through wider use of floral and heritage displays within both public and residential areas. Which by its nature also includes improving and creating a better local environment in the town. We are a not-for-profit organisation.

Organising clean-up for Eastville ward

I\\\'m looking to start a cleaning group in Bedford to litter pick around the bedford areas and parks I will be starting this with my family my wife and 3 kids so anyone wanting to join and help keep bedford clean are welcome

Our objectives are: - Keep our area free from litter, rough sleeping, drugs etc, working closely with the Council and its contractors - Look after our stretch of the river and its habitat - Support other groups to help keep Peterborough free from litter - Help to promote a climate where it is unacceptable to drop litter - Work cooperatively with the council to clean up Peterborough

I have just started this group, having been surprised to find there is no group in Exeter. I would particularly like to find people willing to help keep the 'Valley Parks' litter free.

Welcome to the Keep Stoke Tidy group. We are a small group of volunteers with an increasing concern about the litter across the city. It seems difficult to walk more than a few yards lately without coming across at least one discarded face mask, food wrapper or empty plastic bottle. Rather than choose to live with this we have decided to improve the situation by making a city-wide litter-picking network that we are calling ‘Keep Stoke Tidy’. Our aim is to make sure that every area of this wonderful city has an active litter picking group and through the wonder of social media we would like to support those groups in advertising litter picking events. For those areas that don’t have a litter picking group it would be great to see new ones start up. Throughout the year each group will continue to have their usual local litter picking days but with a larger network it would be brilliant to think that each month of the year we could vote for an area to focus on. We could then arrange an event with a larger group of volunteers, with as many people as possible from all of the other groups coming to work together to focus on that area. All over the UK, motorhome owners stop for a few hours and sometimes stay the night in rural carparks and laybys - some call this 'Wild Camping'. In an effort to put something back for our free stays in beautiful places, group members collect up litter in the vicinty of their 'Wild Camp' and dispose of it correctly.

We are a friendly group of residents based in Lillington, Leamington Spa. Currently we meet once a month to litter pick and monitor our target areas. We also report, monitor and record fly-tips in our target area. We work with the local authorities to look at fly-tip and litter prevention strategies.
